What’s the short version of how the new system works?

Flat weekly rate – one price covers groceries, delivery, packaging, and my service fee

Automatic weekly charge – you’re charged each week unless you opt out by Friday 12 PM

How does payment work?

You’ll set up a credit card or bank account once, securely through Stripe.

Each week, if you don’t opt out by Friday 12 PM, your card is automatically charged. You’ll get a receipt by email after each charge.

How do I skip a week (vacation / opt‑out)?

Click the opt‑out link before Friday 12 PM.

You won’t be charged, and no meals will be prepared for you that week.

You’ll automatically be active again the following week — just opt out again if you need another week off.

Can I make changes or add meals midweek?

No. After Friday 12 PM, I cannot add meals, change addresses, or adjust menus for the upcoming week.

What are my delivery responsibilities?

Please be home or provide a safe, cool place for deliveries during the 6–8 PM window.

Meals come with ice packs and insulated bags. You are responsible for refrigerating meals promptly.

What stays the same as before?

· Fresh, delicious, macro‑tailored meals

· Twice‑weekly deliveries

· Full attention to your preferences and restrictions

What can I control or customize?

· Exclude ingredients – no onions, no cilantro, etc.

· Custom macros – within ±5% of your numbers

What can’t I control?

· Swap meals across days (the menu is fixed by day)

· Request custom dishes (you choose from the weekly menu)

· Last‑minute changes (after Friday 12 PM, nothing moves)

How do dietary restrictions and allergies work?

If you’re GF, DF, nut‑free, etc. — it’s already in your profile. Ingredient substitutions will be made automatically.
